Finding it
Christchurch City Council lists one full court at 16E Mervyn Drive. It is listed for public use. The council's tennis-court list is worth checking on the day you play.
The list doesn't tell you whether the court is empty right now. With only one court, agree on a backup with your hitting partner before you leave. If you find it locked during public hours, the council asks you to call 03 941 8999. That number is for locked-court access, not a booking line.
